Revolutionizing Air Starters: The Ingersoll Rand ST2000

Meet the game-changer in air starting technology: the Ingersoll Rand ST2000. This powerhouse redefines what's possible in pneumatic engine starting, combining raw strength with intelligent design to deliver unparalleled performance while a sophisticated slip clutch absorbs shock loads to protect both the engine and starter components.

Compact Dynamite Don't let its size fool you. Weighing in at a mere 40 pounds, the ST2000 packs a jaw-dropping 70 horsepower punch. This pocket rocket effortlessly fires up engines from 15 to 150 liters, making it the versatile workhorse your fleet deserves.

Engineered for Excellence At the core of the ST2000 lies an ALL NEW SOLID ALUMINUM cutting-edge inline turbine, meticulously crafted to maximize air efficiency. This isn't just about power – it's about smart power. The result? Lightning-fast starts that conserve valuable resources.

Built for the Long Haul We know downtime isn't an option. That's why we've armed the ST2000 with a single-stage solid billet aluminum turbine motor, setting a new standard in durability. Pair that with our innovative slip clutch technology, and you've got a starter that not only protects itself but shields your engine from potential damage.

Hassle-Free Integration Time is money, and the ST2000 respects both. Its self-applying extended pilot flange ensures a secure fit in even the most challenging environments. Say goodbye to installation headaches and hello to increased productivity.

Ergonomic Mastery We've prioritized user comfort without sacrificing an ounce of power. The ST2000's sleek design and extended pilot handle make it a joy to operate, even in tight spaces. Your technicians will thank you.

Toughness You Can Trust From its rugged aluminum motor to its intelligent clutch system, every component of the ST2000 is built to outlast and outperform. This translates to extended equipment life and significantly reduced maintenance needs.

The Ingersoll Rand ST2000 isn't just an air starter – it's a productivity multiplier. Elevate your operations with uncompromising power, efficiency, and reliability.

Ingersoll Rand pneumatic air starters can replace any factory mounted starter engine and simultaneously offer a variety of helpful benefits. Compared to conventional electric starters, a pneumatic air starter occupies considerably less space as it is run by air. Pneumatic air starters are also considered safer in hazardous environments as they do not produce electrical sparks like electric starters sometimes do, thus eliminating the risk of igniting flammable materials that may be present.

Ingersoll Rand air starters have significantly more torque than electric starters of equivalent size, and that allows even a small air starter to start very large engines and turbines. In addition, electric starters as well as their wiring may become excessively hot in the event that it takes longer than expected to start the engine, while air-starters can be run for as long as their air supply lasts. Turbine starters provide even more torque and tend to be simpler, and therefore are a natural fit for turbine engines. Turbine air starters are utilized extensively on large turbofan engines commercial and military aircraft; as well as marine ships and vessels, trains, heavy construction equipment, and more.
